Responsibilities
- Help invent and build growth features
- Improve site performance for a global and scaling user base
- Help build a better data pipeline
- Help scale the engineering organization and support a culture of speed and excellence
Qualifications
- 3 - 7 years experience at fast moving, high-growth consumer facing startups
- Experience with of Python, Django, Postgresql, preferably extensive
- Comfort working with a cross-functional team (design + analytics + PM + growth.
