A leading business house in the United Arab Emirates,
headquartered in Dubai having presence across the Middle
East, Africa and India, with interests in FMCG,Electronics, IT
products, Oil and Gas, Engineering Services and Industrial
Supplies is looking for a Manager - CRM/Contact Center
To meet the requirements the candidate must:
Implement effective B2B tele-calling strategy & generate leads for the sales teams across all SBU's.
Develop, Establish, Execute & Monitor telesales plans to ensure sustained performance & growth of all business units .
Support business units with telesales strategies to reach target
customers / markets.
Receive & evaluate market / customer feedback on all business initiatives from the SBU's.
Develop standard operating manual for telesales, customer services and CRM, ensuring policies and procedures are properly documented & implemented.
Manage an internal CRM team and external CRM vendors to deliver effective and efficient CRM operations.
Oversee the generation of regular CRM reports to provide insight & analysis for company's business direction & expansion.
Prepare the budget for the contact centre to ensure appropriate allocation and utilization so that the company achieves optimum ROlon this investment .
To lead and manage a team within the contact centre .
Manage 10 individual divisions and support / monitor 150 - 200 sales staff .
To manage the department independently .
Have 6-8 years of hardcore contact center experience in a similar
organisation and with a sound knowledge and understanding of various CRM tools.
Have strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Be a strong team player, self motivated and result oriented.
Be preferably Female, below 32 years of age with MBA / Masters degree from a reputed institute.
