Flight Steward/ Stewardess/ Air Hostess (China)

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs.

Qualifications / Requirement:

• Completed Cabin crew License in an ICAO Contracting State
• Should hold a valid License
• SEP must be current

Experience:

• Flying experience of minimum 3 years and 1 year in A320 aircraft
• Knowledge:
• Knowledge of Business Class Service
• Knowledge of handling difficult passengers

Skills:

• Proven leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluency in spoken English and Mandarin. Fluency in Cantonese will be an added advantage
• Excellent customer service skills and able to motive the rest of the team to achieve this.
• Excellent communications skills and ability to comfortably address groups of people.
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to deal with unexpected problems as they arise.

Abilities:

• Ability to endure long working hours and roster duties, and flexible with respect to work schedule
• Ability to communicate fluently in Hindi and Bengali in addition to English will be an added advantage
