Reception Manager (Kazakhstan)

Responsibilities:
Managing a group of 2 receptionists;
Training newly hired receptionists;
Answering incoming calls;
Registration of incoming/outgoing correspondence;
Organize delivery for investors voice;
Control the order in conference rooms and reception area.

Requirements:
At least 2 years on similar position (Office Manager, Call Center Manager)
English / Upper-intermediate
Strict management- proficient in using Microsoft office programs (Excel, Word, PP, Outlook) - Working with office appliances (copier, printer, PC, mini ATS) - Customer oriented - General Business Ethics
Strong Communication skills - Accurate - Attentive – Punctual
