Senior HR Consultant for Doha (Qatar)

Experience: 4 to 5 yrs.  | Salary: INR 30,00,000 - 40,00,000 P.A  |  Opening(s): 2

Key responsibilities: 

• Business Development client calls, proposals, presentations and closures leading to repeat business 
• Lead and project manage and deliver HR advisory modules/assignments in Qatar or Bahrain 
• Manage all requirements related to job set up, risk management and project management & reporting
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and successful closures
• Develop or assist in the development of new HR consulting tools and approaches to augment existing ones develop team capabilities across HR consulting specializations: e.g. compensation & rewards; organization and jobs; talent management etc. 
• Provide training and performance management guidance to HR advisory team members with a view to practice development

The Individual:

Minimum qualifications:

- MBA HR
- Other relevant HR Certifications
- Ability to stretch and work long hours (if required) with up to 30% travel to support Bahrain/Qatar assignments
- Tolerant to ambiguity and street smart.

Experience:

• Strong HR concepts and documentation skills in one or more of the following areas: compensation & rewards; training/competency development/career & succession planning; organization and jobs design including job evaluation; performance management etc. 
• Good understanding of HR consulting requirements project management, delivery and client management
• Well versed in end to end HR start up structuring requirements for clients
