IT Business Application Analyst R&D 

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.

*Support users / key users in functional area through an established Service Desk / ticketing system for IT Applications (Team Center, NX, FEA - Tools (Abacus) etc.)

*Configure R&D IT appltns.such TC/NX, FEA-Tools etc. according to estabd.bus.model

*Experience in IT Systems improvements projects 
*Proven IT System Specialist experience 
*Familiarity with the Software Architecture and BPMN standards

IT BPM Analyst R&d

Experience: 10 to 20 yrs.  | Salary: INR 25,00,000 - 40,00,000 P.

*Support users / key users in functional area through an established Service Desk / ticketing system
*Analyse data to determine root cause of errors, problems
*Definition and Identification of all R&D processes over BPM Platform

*Work closely with R&D dept. to understand its requirements and handover them to IT Appltn. Analyst for technical implementation
*Single point of contact from the IT team to R&D Department
*Proven manufacturing R&D processes background
