MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Public Relation:
Guide the PR agency on the publication which need to be targeted
Set monthly/weekly update plan to ensure regular work process and media mileage
Ensure and double check the communication which is shared with the agency for media purpose
Share regular updates with the agency on new product launches and new developments
Advertising Agency:
Liaison with the advertising agency on a regular time schedule to update them on the new products launches and new development
Brief the agency on the product description and also fill in the product briefing file
Minutes of the meeting
Media Booking:
Prepare the monthly media booking
Negotiate the media price with the publication
Propose new mediums of advertising- online, new magazine etc
Once the media plan is finalized, receive the approvals from our management and share the same media plan without the costing with all the area managers
Internal communication:
Liaison with our internal creative team for in house branding, flyer, adaptation etc
Liaison with the creative team and develop communication material in the absence of the advertising agency
BTL/Outdoor:
Liaison with the outdoor supplier for the change in the visual as per the new product launch
Share the visual as per the size with the outdoor supplier
Mall Activities
Direct Selling (1-to-1 with customers)
Direct mailing
Interactive web based customers
Temporary staffing
Exhibition Support
Doorstep leaflet distribution
Destination management
Field Research

Sampling &Demonstration Programs
Retail & Trade Audit
Window Display Merchandise:
Create and maintain a standardize template for all the stores
Ensure the suppliers are given the correct visual layout and size specs for installation
Ensure old poster are replaced with new posters as per the visual merchandise template

To handle day to day Media & PR activities of the Company covering internal communication, media Adverts, design concepts, publicity etc. Implementing marketing strategies to develop & strengthen the brand and to ensure that positioning of the brand is consistent throughout the region. Brand building both for Retail & Distribution channels in Local & Global Markets.
