Experience: 10 to 12 yrs.

• 10-12 years of experience.
• Should manage 15-20 workers.
• Should manage an activity or a small structure under the guidance of Supervisor.
• Worker management and services pertaining to land side, excavation of earthwork and structures.
• Fair knowledge of equipment.
• Safety and quality awareness.

Candidate should be below the age of 40 years.

Should be target oriented.

Have good man management skills, organized and systematic.
