We are currently hiring for the position of Assistant Finance Manager to be based in Kuwait.

Designation- Assistant Finance Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Analyzing the reporting requirements by each of the stakeholders of Al Essa.
Preparing budgets as per the requirements of management and ensuring input collected from the stakeholders and adequate supporting documentation for the budget development process is kept.
Overview supplier payments and staff reimbursement in a timely manner, ensuring all approvals and disbursement of payments are in accordance with existing policies and procedures and agreed SLAs.
Monitoring the revenue and expenses of the facility against the budget and analyzing the variances.
Revising budgets and producing forecasts throughout the financial year.
Analyzing financial performance and make long term financial forecasts.
Ensure due diligence in administration and monitoring of finance.
Advise on proper of allocation of resources.
Interpreting of financial information.
Identifying development opportunities and plans consistent with the aims of the organization and operation environment.
Identify opportunities for cost control and reduction.
Prepare and compare financial ratio analysis and assess various risk levels.
Ensure compliance of IFRS throughout the year .
Dealing with banks in obtaining and maintaining bank Facilities.
Assisting in the preparation of schedules and reports required by internal and external auditors.
Cash flow monitoring submit accurate fortnightly cash flow statements, including cash in/cash out reports, working capital drivers are clearly understood.
Assist the CFO with new initiatives, business development, system upgrades, improvement projects across the Finance/Risk function.
Maintain contacts with external auditors.
Advise on financial initiatives at strategy level and support using appropriate financial tools.
Track business performance on strategic decisions and highlighting issues and areas of concern to influence corrective actions.
Review and strengthen loss/ fraud prevention controls within the business.
Raising warning signs when budgets are expected to fall behind target.
Continuous improvement of the ERP system to allow for accurate and timely reporting.
Monitoring KPIs and producing the necessary reports supporting the various KPIs.
Perform regular reviews of business performance using benchmarks and KPIs to highlight and suggest improvements to overall effectiveness.
Ensuring that weekly, monthly and annual reports are produced accurately and on time and in line with General Accepted Financial Reporting Standards.
Extracting and matching information from the different information systems used by Al Essa to obtain the necessary data for reporting
Other tasks assigned by the Supervising Authority.

Experience
Work requires 5+ years related experience
Willing to relocate to Kuwait
