Spa Receptionist

Experience: 2 to 4 yrs.

* To heck the customer in and guide them to their respective therapist.
* To welcome the guests who come to the spa.

* To take reservations for spa.

*Should have relevant experience of atleast 2 years in a hotel / fine dining restaurant.
*Should have worked in 5 star property. Overseas experience would be added advantage.

* Should have completed Spa/ hospitality related course.

Spa Therapist

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs.

* To Provide consistent professional spa massage and body treatments compliant with spa protocols and accepted documentation practices.

* To Handle guests queries and concerns efficiently and politely.

* Should have an Outstanding communication and listening skills, in addition to basic computer knowledge.
* Should be a Team player

* Should have an enthusiasm and possess superb customer service skills.
