Experience: 15 to 25 yrs.
The Electrical Section Head has the overall responsibility for Electrical & Automation maintenance. He should also ensure preventive maintenance; ensure equipment health, thus reducing production delays.
Capable of guiding/leading the electrical maintenance team and implementing the best maintenance strategy for the plant including High voltage of 33KV system.
Familiarisation with power distribution & process electrification engineering.
Familiarisation with material take offs, budget estimates, scheduling; spare parts & inventory control management system.
Familiarisation of HT/LT motors, transformer maintenance, Generators, protection systems
Handling various type of HV/LV breakers specially SF6, VCB & ACB.
Supervision and management of vendor engineering and equipment deliverables to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
Checking of design drawings and calculations against layouts, electrical one line diagrams, cable block diagrams and cable and conduit schedules, AC control schematics, wiring distribution schemes, etc.
Provide technical Support to Construction and Commissioning groups.
