Telecom Field Technician (CCTV)

Qualification : Diploma Computer / Electronics / Communications Engineering from a Govt. recognized institute 
Experience : Should have 4 years of experience installing access control and CCTV systems in a commercial environment.
Ability to read and interpret blue prints and schematics. 
Working knowledge of Windows and use of test equipment such as: multi-meters, digital analyzers, battery analyzers, frequency meter, decibel meters, and communicating devices. 
Basic hand tools.
Familiarity with NEC Standards and electrical codes.
Driving license is a must
 

Role Description
The role is to support the Operation & Maintenance activities in the area of his responsibilities, as part of the team operating for preventive or corrective maintenance in one of the four regions of KSA. 
Direct report to Site Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities :
Installing low voltage security systems in a new construction commercial environment
Terminating and installing end devices such as card, badge readers, motion detector, Glass breakers, mag locks, cameras, focusing camera lenses, etc.
Dressing and terminating security panels within an IDF room
Testing /troubleshooting networking issues
Programming access control and or CCTV systems
Working with various systems: Lenel, S2, American Dynamics, AMAG, GE, Pelco, Panasonic , Axis
Installing support structures (ladders, racks)
The basic scope of work includes installing, terminating and programming end devices for access control, CCTV and security infrastructure within a commercial environment.  

Telecom Field Technician (Generators Mechanics)

Qualification :  
Diploma in Electrical / Automobile/Mechanical Engineering &Technology from recognized institute
OEM training & certification a plus
 
Experience : 
At least 3-5 years experience in operation & maintenance/ repair of diesel generator sets up to 1000 kva rating including overhauling.
T
roubleshoot minor & major alarms & carryout preventive maintenance routine of generators & control panels
Preferably DEUTZ generators

Responsibility : 
Optical inspection of generator units
Troubleshooting and repair preferably DEUTZ generators.
Check lubrication, diesel , electrical and cooling system
Cleaning & change of filters as required
Functional tests as required
Loop service of generators (oil change)

 Description
Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair preferably DEUTZ generators.
General inspection of exhaust system, fuel system, DC electrical system
Reports to Site Manager & Team Leader
Preventive diesel engine maintenance consists of the following operations :
General inspection
Lubrication service
Cooling system service
Fuel system service
Servicing  and testing starting batteries
Regular engine exercise
Using the diesel generator set for continuous duty (prime power)
Extreme ambient temperatures
Exposure to dust , sand or other airborne contaminates
Follow of manual diesel engine maintenance schedule for generator sets
Used oil & filter must be disposed of properly to avoid environmental damage
Air filter of Air condition 

Rigger

Qualification : High school diploma or equivalent
Experience : 
Must have 5 to 7 years of experience climbing and working on towers.
Willingness to take hands on approach in leading their team through demonstration.
Must have experience with Anritsu Site Master, Andrew, PPC, tower mapping and antenna equipment.
Must have experience stacking self-support towers, install waveguide, antennas and microwave dishes.
RF Awareness, replacement and maintenance i.e. coax, jumpers, TMA’s, connectors and weatherproofing.
Support on Civil work and other technical team .

Job Role 
The role is to support the Operation & Maintenance activities in the field, as part of the team operating for preventive or corrective maintenance in one of the four regions of KSA. 
Direct report to Site Supervisor or Regional Team Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Climbing and working on communications towers for the purpose of installing, replacing, and repairing antenna systems equipment; performs tower maintenance under close supervision.
The basic use and care of hand tools and mechanical equipment.
Knowing the hazards associated with tower climbing, construction equipment, and working on or near energized lines and equipment.
The ability to climb tall structures (100 feet or more) with 50 lb. load.
Analyzing situations accurately and adopt an appropriate course of action.
Communicating orally and in writing.           
Following instructions accurately and complete assigned course of action.
Recognizing safety hazards and performing duties in a safe manner.
Act as a team lead and mentor to less experienced Tower Technicians.
Must have the ability to traveling extensively within assigned region.

Electrical Field Engineer

Qualification : Bachelor of Electrical  Engineering or higher
Experience : should have minimum 5-6  years experience in related field.
Electrical power Maintain and troubleshooting
Generators maintenance and troubleshooting
Control systems Maintain and troubleshooting
AC Maintain and troubleshooting
UPS Maintain and troubleshooting
Rectifiers Maintain and troubleshooting
Other responsibility can be requested
Driving License is a must 

Job Description :

Monthly inspection of AC units , Generators , UPSs , Electrical Power , ATS panels
Cleaning and change of filters (as required)
Cleaning of the generator units
Cleaning of the generator fans including covers
Changing generator
Monitor and supervise a team of technicians
AC Cooling and heating tests every 3 months
Refilling of cooling units and gas as required
Reporting of any malfunctioning or failure to the Team LeaderAC
Must have the ability to traveling extensively within assigned region.

Field Engineer (Microwave)

Qualification : Communication Engineer or higher
Experience : Should have 5 Years of experience in NSN equipments
Technical or Military Communications training a plus.
Experience with Alcatel, Aviat (Harris-Stratex), Proxim, and Exalt MW systems a plus.
Basic understanding of Microwave Theory.  (i.e. polarity, path alignment, modulation, bandwidth and power(dBm))
Use of Power Meter, Frequency Counter, Spectrum Analyzer and Digital Voltmeter.
Understanding of TDM and Ethernet structural characteristics.
Understanding of DC and basic AC power.
Computer skills should include use of Microsoft Office, Telnet, and HyperTerminal.
Ability to read and understand schematics and block diagrams for installation and troubleshooting purposes.
Strong customer and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay on task independently and work in a team environment.
Ability to work in deadline oriented environment.
Driving license is a must 

Job Description :

Proper installation of microwave communication systems, multiplexing equipment, dc power systems and associated cabling.
Maintenance and troubleshoot for RF/Microwave technologies.
Use of test equipment for in the field test and turn up.
Migration of customer traffic to newly installed MW systems.
Testing of MW systems before deployment to the field.
Diagnosis of path alignment problems and troubleshoot MW systems to the card level.
Conduct site audits for future installs.
Comply with various customers standards of installation.
80% - 100% travel

Regional Manager

Qualification : Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or in Telecoms
Experience : Should have 5 years experience  in the management of large projects dealing with Operation & Maintenance services in Telecoms with longtime experience in the cultural environment of Saudi Arabia or another Arabic country
Knowledge of the TETRA Technologies is a must
Experience of the management of large crews (50 to 100 people) on sites

Role Description

The role supports the ECWS Project Manager regarding the management of one of the four regional teams deployed in Eastern, Central, Western 0r Southern Region
The Regional Manager is responsible for handling the following missions:
Supervise and lead of the regional team
Assign, organize and coordinate all management and reporting tasks to be carried out
Advise the customer and MOI/GID in all aspects of technical
operation on a general system level

The role reports directly to the ECWS Project ManagerKey Responsibilities
Responsible for the preparation and the follow up of the O&M Services in his region 
Coordination of all activities in his region
Coordination with all suppliers/subcontractor
Evaluation and reporting of the Operation & Maintenance support
Meetings with the customer and MOI/GID Management when required
Ensure preparation and submission of reports regarding his job in a timely manner.
Manage his personnel on a day to day basis including: promotion, vacation, sick leave, etc
Contribute to maintenance documentation processes and procedures
Perform other duties related to the job as the Head of Operation & Maintenance

ECWS Project Manager

Qualification : Master in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Legal or/and Business Administration or in related field.
PMP is a must


Experience :  Should have 10 years experience in the management of large projects dealing with Operation & Maintenance services in Telecoms with longtime experience in the cultural environment of Saudi Arabia or another Arabic country
Knowledge of the TETRA Technologies is a must
Experience of the management of large crews (100 to 200 people) on sites

Assign, organize and coordinate all tasks to be carried out
Advise the customer and MOI/GID in all operational aspects
Deliver a high quality technical support in order to ensure efficient system availability
The role reports directly to the Program Manager in charge of the TETRA Domain.
The role reports indirectly to the HCC Chief of Operations (COO).Key Responsibilities

Coordination of all activities from Riyadh and on site
Coordination with all suppliers/subcontractor
Evaluation and reporting of the Operation &Maintenance support
