Retail Pharmacy experienced preferred, Must have worked in high pace high volume organizations and must familiar with supporting product roll out and stabilization of large scale implementations. Should be familiar with handling high availability applications, defect triage, performance tuning, working with multiple vendors etc. Should be ready to be hands on if required to meet the SLAs. Should be ready to handhold the team and direct them to maximize output and SLA adherence.
Experience with full software development life cycle
Extensive programming experience in Web Services, REST, ESB and messaging middleware (Eg. MQ, Websphere Process Server / Application Server)
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
Strong listening and questioning skills
Must work well independently and in a collaborative team environment
Experience with object-oriented analysis and design techniques is a plus
Experience: 10 - 20 Years
