Training Representative for Saudi Arabia

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.

Urgently required Design & Detailed Engineering Professionals for a reputed EPC Group involved in Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas / Power Plant Construction Projects in Saudi Arabia.

Qualification & experience: 
Degree in Engineering / Diploma / B.Sc / Technical Qualification or equivalent with minimum 5 to 15 years Industrial experience.

Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following: 
a) To assist in the logistical arrangement and facilitation of In-House Courses.
-Manage the calendar of Events
-Monitor in-House Course Nominations
-Prepare request for Letter of Invitation for Trainers Visa Application
-Book training venues
-Ensure that training equipment and materials are provided
-Monitor Attendance and facilitate during the course
-Create Post Training Evaluation Statistical Reports
-Confirm attendance through SAP LSO
-Monitor issuance of Certificates of Attendance
-To manage the files of Training and Development Section; Attendance Sheets, Post Training Evaluation Sheets, reports etc.
-To manage the attendance record of employees; ensure that all inputs in SAP LSO are correct.
-To generate training reports based on instructions from the Superior
