FRESHERS Trainee Implementation & Support Consultant, Singapore

    Reports to
    Project Manager

    Overall responsibility
    To provide consultancy, implementation and support services for products and services provided by Dion Global Solutions and maintaining a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

    Key areas of responsibility
    Support
    To provide Application and Technical Support to customers.
    On-Site and Telephone customer Support.
    Maintain Support call logging (Internal Support System and Site-Visit sheets).
    Regular meetings with customers for progress updates and general management of client relationships.
    Liaise with our Development teams to track bug fixing and ensure deliveries are on target.
    To carry out sanity test checks of specific functionality to ensure our Q&A is up to standard before delivery.

    Consultancy
    To gain an understanding and review the clients business process during projects or requirement gather stages.
    Provide product consultancy to clients and occasionally Pre-sales support depending on experience on product or market knowledge.
    First level understanding and documenting client requirements for Product Change Requests and to liaise with internal Business Analysts.
    Feedback to the Product Group on customer requirements or market trends.
    Advise and consult without Dion Global Solutions or the client on local market regulatory changes that impact the customers system.
    User training (depending on product knowledge)

    Implementation
    Work with Project managers to complete tasks in order to ensure project milestones are delivered.
    Product testing before Installation and providing full delivery package (i.e. release notes and update implementation documents)
    Assist with any project support for User Acceptance Testing
    Provide Product documentation
    To gather or even assist with customers Test Case documentation
    To maintain Time costing for any consultancy or project work in order to allow the Operations Business to provide accurate billing.

    Skills, Qualifications and Experience
    The experience of skills set, qualifications and industry experience is only meant as a guideline and it is expected that not all candidates will be able to meet all the essential skills necessary. It is at the discretion of the hiring manager to establish what skills sets are necessary for the current role.

    Essential
    Either Permanent Resident or Singapore Citizen or holding student visa valid for minimum 2 years from date of application since the company will not be sponsoring employment pass.
    Graduate with appropriate IT related degree.
    The candidate should must be fluent in English.
    Understanding of SQL and relational databases.
    Knowledge of MS Office Suite.

    Preferable
    Understanding of Securities Industry is an added advantage.
    Some previous working experience.
