    Job Description 

    - Complete business development activities for new business areas.
    - Opening-up new territories by defining the areas, competition landscape and the geography requirements.
    - Defining, planning and implementing marketing strategy for new opportunities and services.
    - Pre-sales activities including lead generation, bid management, visit management.
    - Customer Account management
    - Prepare and implement GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy for identified customers.
    - Forecast and manage collections targets, monthly reports, weekly business summaries, customer data base. 
    - Overall business development responsibility for the targets set for OI, revenues and collections.
    - Penetrate new market segments by identifying new business opportunities.
    - Prepare business case presentations for new opportunities in the market.
    - Prepare RFIs, RFPs and RFQs and negotiate SLAs
    - Develop and maintain Re-usable components a repository of case studies, proposals, customer testimonials. 
    - Bid management and Project cost estimation
    - Competition mapping and competition analysis 
    - Critical design review, Techno - commercial negotiations with clients 
    - Work closely with the back office sales team to generate new clients.
      Desired Profile

      - Innovative and result oriented with good experience in US Healthcare market.
      - Strong entrepreneurial and organizational skills
      - Facilitator who encourages teamwork and co-operation
      - Good exposure to BPO Industry
      - Exposure to healthcare payer or provider services is a must
      - Technically oriented for business development activities with aggressive personality.
      - Program management and Customer Relationship Management skills.
      - Should have Keen Business Sense and Eye for detail
      - Experience in defining, preparing and launching new service offerings.
      - Minimum of 5 -10 years experience in the IT / BPO field.
      - Strong contacts with CEO/CXO/Vice Presidents and key decision makers.
      - At least 8 plus years of IT / BPO sales experience, preferably selling business process outsourcing services.
      - Proven successful sales record in the IT or Business Process Outsourcing Industry.
