Senior CDP for Dubai

Experience: 4 - 8 yrs

*To oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in a restaurant
*To Control incoming goods and stores it in perfect conditions
*To be guest orientated and be able to converse with our clients

*Should have Cold Kitchen, Salad, Garde Manger and Arabic mezze knowledge.
*Should have relevant experience.
*Should be a good Team Leader.
*Should have good Communication skills.
