Job Description:
Java Technology professionals develop application and or products using Java technology.
Java and JVM Languages provide experience and skills using Java and other JVM programming languages to develop and deploy applications. Demonstrate experience with core language features and the Java SE core libraries.
Professionals hired for this position level within Software Transformations has the following responsibilities:
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. 
Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. 
Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems. 
Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Software Transformations.
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance. 
Decisions often impact the team in which they reside. 
Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Software Transformations

Qualifications
Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
5+ years of professional experience in Java Technology Platform/Java Standard Edition.
Extensive understanding of Spring/Struts(other framework), JDBC(other data layer skillset).
JSP, JSTL, HTML5, SOAP/Restful Webservices.
Working experience in Application Servers(Websphere/Tomcat).
Strong experience in database(Oracle/Sql Server)
Working knowledge of Design Patterns, OOA/OOD, N-Tier distributed computing platform environment.
Preferable experience in Agile methodology
Must have excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills.
Strong Analytical background.
Experience in Financial Services Domain application development.
