Desired Candidate Profile 

Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience: 2 to 5 years in QA & Software Testing

Roles & responsibilities: 

• We are urgently looking for Testers , responsible for functional test, system integration test & performance test execution & validate software applications prior to final release to customers.
• Create/Update test cases based on functional requirements specification
• Provide test report to the project team.
• Ensure traceability between requirements & test cases.
• Utilize testing tools in QA functions where applicable
• Collect test metrics.
Job Requirements 

• Ability to create test cases from system requirement specification ensuring traceability matrix & 100% test case coverage.
• Proficient in writing test cases & test plans.
• Clear concepts of various types of testing & test levels.
• Good knowledge & experience in test management tools, manual testing or automation testing (HP ALM, QTP or LR).
• Familiar with agile methodology or SDLC process. 
Skill sets 

Mandatory Skills: 

• Conduct quality-control tests
• Familiar with test tools (ALM, QTP, LR, etc)
• Writing test cases & test plans
• Perform preliminary root cause analysis
