Candidate needs to be expertise in at least 4 of the above skills & knowledge in 1 would be good.
Should have done at least 1 End to End Implementation in any 3 of the above skills.
Lead the planning and implementation of the above applications
Domain Specification: Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction (No other domain experience is required)

Involved in requirement gathering, coordination with third party vendors of Sprint, analysis, design, implementation and integration of various track.
Involved in design, implementation to match changed business needs
Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed.
Regularly interacts with functional groups within the IT organization to communicate and clarify requirements. Performs as liaison between enterprise, end-users & vendors.
Go-Live plan and post implementation support.
