- We are currently looking for candidates having experience in insurance domain with Property and Casualty.
- Experience in managing large complex test programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication and reporting skills. Certified Testing skills.
- Ability to see the full picture and steer the team in the right direction.
- Develop project level/program level test strategy. Resource management, financial management, risk and issue management.
- Hands on experience in insurance domain.
- Experience in testing guidewire applications, backend applications and interface applications.
- Experience working as BA within testing organization.
- Ability to gather requirements and support the team in test design activities.
- Work with the Solution architects and conduct static testing on the design and solution artifacts to uncover defects early on.
- Review test cases and ensure test coverage.
- Guidewire knowledge.
- 6+ years experience in the testing of insurance domain applications, worked in teams remotely managed across time zones.
- Minimum 2 years of Guidewire test lead experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of Test Lead experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in interface testing , experience testing database, external services, data migration and batch processing applications
- Able to prove progress, status reports and metrics
- Experience of Requirements analysis, Test Case generation and taking part in peer reviews
- Able to differentiate between most common SDLC models
- Good working knowledge of testing lifecycle.
- Prior experience and knowledge of HP ALM (Quality Centre)
