*To communicate service needs to chefs and stewards throughout functions.
* To communicate meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen.
* To maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.

* Should have 3-4 years of relevant experience.
* Should have effective oral and written communication skills
* Should be regularly works in the dining room leading host and service functions
