Planning, Execution of Civil Jobs, Follow a Consistent Programme of Execution of Construction Jobs
Allot Jobs to different Civil Supervisors/Civil Foremen, who in turn will allot the Jobs to Leadsmen, Team Leaders and Report Progress.
Keep Up & Monitor the Construction Material Inventory, Delegate Responsibility, Check the Quality of Work, Check the Speed of Work, Ensure Safety and Security of Men & Materials
Report Progress, get the Quantity Survey done for Interim Bills/Progress Bills, Every Day Plan for the Next Day, for the Next Week, for the Next Month.
Communicate Issues to the Management/Consultants, Clients & Attend Site Meetings & Prepare Minutes of the Meetings and do various other Duties and Responsibilities of a Civil Site Engineer.
