1. 1 year experience in the similar position from a reputed 4/5 Star Hotel or 2 years experience as a Telephone Operator from an international hotel chain
2. Certified from a Hotel School / Graduation
3. Female Candidate only
4. Basic job knowledge
5. Excellent English communication skills
6. Pleasant voice over the phone with basic knowledge of telephone etiquette.
7. Pleasant Voice and knowledge of telephone operation and etiquette,
