HR Manager for Retail Company in Dubai

1) Develops and implements Standards of performance for Showrooms, internal staffs and Managers
2) Sets recruitment plan and conducts interviews for different positions in the company
3) Conducts induction for new staff and develops job descriptions
4) Conducts evaluations for Managers/ Staff : develops KPI as per the job needs
5) Knowledgeable of UAE labor Laws and policies of HAAD, DHA, MOH
6) succession planning with high competency: deep experience in multinational environment
7) Conducts Regular meetings with staffs and optometrists and managers
8) Salaries and Bonus plan and revisions
9) Develops staff recognition plans
10) Develops Training plans for managers, optometrists and sales with suppliers and Multinational companies
Vacations planning for the whole year for all staff
11) Reduce cost of recruitment and travel expenses: webcam interviews or personal interviews
12) Conducts staffs appraisal

1) Candidate should be Female and Arabic National.
2) Candidate should be from Retail industry.
