Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Executive in Human Resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage various HR functions, support employee engagement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries, promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist in administering compensation programs, benefits enrollment, and payroll processing.
- HR Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making processes.
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies, conducting regular audits of HR practices.
Qualifications:
- FULL TIME MBA IN HUMAN RESOURCES (MUST)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on various HR functions.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, UAE labor laws, and UAE compliance issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
