Operations Manager - Shoe Mart 

Location : UAE / KSA - Riyadh 

UAE/GCC experience : would be preferred

Growth Path and career: ideally someone who has grown up from a shop floor experience to the higher operations.

Experience : 8 to 10 years of which a minimum of 3 to 5 years should be in a retail operational level of multi store and or multi brand experience.

Experience : must be from a fashion retail background, high end fast fashion. 

Experience: preferably the experience of operations to be in UAE/GCC.

Personality : Candidates who are highly presentable, need not turn heads, but be capable of holding your attention and command respect with their personality.

Communication: Strong communication skills since they need to coordinate with strong personalities at all level, be it their reporting head, the CEO, or the brand principles.

Nature: Aggressive personality. Not exactly a fighter but someone who will drive their business with ruthlessness and unbridled energy level.

D/L : a valid UAE/GCC driving licensee would be essential since the job will be on the move on the shop floor, driving the business.

Ideally candidates who are already into an operational role and ready to move to on for greater challenges or energetic go-getters, who are currently Area Managers and who can step into an operations manager role seamlessly with limited hand holding.
