- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorised peripheral equipment
- Performs general preventative maintenance tasks and remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment
- Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards
- Installs and configures network access points for the Company. Diagnoses hardware and software problems and replace defective component and performs daily backup
- Anti Virus - Monitors Anti Virus database updates for servers and clients and monitors license expiration
- Develop sound understanding of IT operations and related applications and IT systems as well as business related processes and procedures
- Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management.
