- The Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor must have the foundation knowledge in woods and joinery.
- Preparing Tender & contract Docs.
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client,
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
