4-6 yrs exp on site in QS role.
All QS duties including measurement, valuation & agreement of work sections.
B. Sc. (QS) , B.E. Civil & RICS Preferable.
Exp 6-8 yrs out of 3-4 yrs in MEP Activity is MUST.
Those with exp in MEP QS activity only APPLY.

Measurement and agreement of subcontractors' accounts.
Assisting in preparation of loss and expense submissions.
Preparation and agreement of records
Preparation of final account, including pricing
Preparation of monthly contract review reports
