Cleaners with understanding of English language will be preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily morning and evening, regular cleaning and mopping of the allotted areas with detergent and disinfectant and followed by dry polishing. Cleaning and mopping should be done in all areas by moving chairs and IV stand or whatever is moveable. 
Vacuuming should be done wherever needed. Window screens and curtains to be cleaned everyday. 
Desk tops of reception, pharmacy and nursing stations to be cleaned with slightly wet cloth. Fire extinguishers and fire hose pipes should be dusted and cleaned.


1+ year experience

Customer Relation Executive

Any Arabic National

A. File creation for 1st time patients (Computerized for Out-Patient and Physical File for In-Patient)
B. Giving appointments as per the availability of time to the Doctor.
C. Telephonic appointment booking
D. Filling the initial details on the insurance form after ascertaining the patient identity.
E. Ensure the patient signature is taken on the claim form.
F. Scanning and saving insurance card copies in insurance card holder.
G. Physical files are created for gynecology and cardiology patients.
H. Scanning and saving government ID’s in government ID folder.

General
a. Answering Telephonic queries
b. Updating of patients personal records.
c. Appointment Blockage as per Doctors schedule.
d. Re-scheduling/cancellation and confirmation of appointments


0 - 2 years experience

Quality Executive

Should have 2+ Years of experience in Healthcare Quality.

JCI or NABH experience is preferred.


Qualification: Graduation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Monitors continuous quality improvement initiatives in various departments of the hospital.
Assisting the departments in identifying quality indicators.
Guiding departments towards method of data collection, collation and analysis of data.
Assisting the departments to analyze areas of improvements based on their own recommendations.
Implement improvements in collaboration with the Quality team, departmental heads.
Continuously works upon finding newer ways of improving the quality
Involved in preparation of organization policies & procedures compliant with local regulatory and accreditation body standards.
Coordinating for the implementation and monitoring of various policies & procedures.
Working on incident reports and maintains data of the same
Any other responsibility as deemed by the management.
