- MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
- Maintaining all books of accounts along with all supporting papers.
- Data analysis, preparation of Balance sheets, P&L accounts, presentations and business proposals.
- Maintain regular contacts suppliers, government bodies such as URA, UNBS, service providers such as transporters, clearing forwarding agents etc
- Filling all required returns like VAT return, Payee, Income Tax return to URA on timely basis.
- Prepare reports and share feedback and information for improving the efficiency, profitability and growth of business.
- Ensure that Standard Operating Procedure is complied with at all times.
- Maintain regular contact with local vendors for timely deliveries and efficient working of company
- Candidate should have minimum 3-10 years of experience in General accounting
- Should have good knowledge or certificate in Tally.
- Should have accounting and financial skills
- Should have Communication and public relations skills
- Should have Networking and PR skills
- Should have valid passport.
Maintaining all books of accounts, balance sheets, P&L and keeping record of all financial dealing of company. Fulfilling all obligations and maintaining regular contact with the all the banks, suppliers, customers and concerned departments like URA.
