* To have knowledge of cutting, sewing, embroidery and preparing samples.
* To create and develop innovative designs, sketches, concepts and lay-outs based on extensive knowledge in the field.
* To expertise within time and cost limits.

* Should have Min 3 yrs experience in the field of Abaya and Jalabiya preferably in GCC.
* Should have practical (drawing) and technical (sewing and pattern-making) skills.
* Should have good communication skills.
* Should have decision-making skill.
