Job Responsibilities: 

• Announce and demonstrate safety and emergency procedures such as the use of oxygen masks, seat belts and life jackets.
• Answer passengers questions about flights, aircraft, ,weather, travel routes, arrival times,and schedules.
• Assit passengers in placing carry-onluggage in overhead , garment or under seat storage.
• Assist passengers while entering or disembarking the air craft.
• Attend preflight briefings concerning the weather, altitudes, routes, emergency procedure, , crew co-ordination, lengths of flights, food and beverage service offered, and number of passengers.
• Check to ensure that food and beverage , blankets, reaing material, emergency equipment and other supplies are aboard and are in adequate supply.
• Collect money for food and beverages.
• Conducts periodic trips to ensure that passengers comfort and distribute reading material, head phones and pillows.
• Determine special assistance needs of passengers such as small children, elderly, or disabled person.
• Greet passengers boarding the flight.
• Preparing the passengers and aircraft for landing.
• Announce flight delay.
• Administer first aid to to passengers in distress.
• Operate video and audio system.
• Verify that first aid kits, and other emergency equipment including fire extinguishers and oxygen bottles are in working order. Inspect passenger tickets to verify information and obtain destination information.
• Take inventory of headsets, alcoholic beverages and money collected.
• Heat and serve meals
