Front Office Manager for Qatar

    Supervise the smooth functioning of the Front Office Dept. Meet and greet VIP guests. 
    Ensure coordination between front office and allied depts. 
    Improve and take the Guest Satisfaction scores to the higher levels.

    Control and manage front office monetary transactions Cash / Credits, Billing, Expenses, Transportation etc.,
    Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports to the general manager, dept. HODs. 
    Maximize on all factors of incremental revenue - Upselling /Walk-ins.
      Should have previous experience in Five star facilities in the Middle East.
