IT Helpdesk Technician for Trigyn Technologies, Kenya (2+ Years Experience)

We are looking for IT Helpdesk Technicians with exposure of using HP Safecom to join our client's team in Nairobi, Kenya. 


The candidate will assist users and other technical staff solving network and end user equipment problems. Other responsibilities include: receiving and processing Helpdesk calls, record request for services in HP Open View or other HD application, use hardware and software tools to monitor network utilization, efficiency and Performance. 


Software Knowledge Required:
Windows 9x/WinNT/Win2000 Desktops/Laptops Installation, configuration, LAN connection, software installation, trouble-shooting;
-Lotus Notes' Client installation and maintenance, setting up connection of users to the server;
-Help Desk support MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Lotus Notes/Mail;
