Microbiologist for Al Mudhish/ Oman Foodstuff Factory LLC, Oman (2+ Years Experience)



        Job responsibilities: 
        • Observing, monitoring and identifying food pathogens.
        • Monitoring and assessing samples - Raw material and finished food products. 
        • Good theoretical and practical knowledge. 
        • Using a variety of identification methods to test samples
        • Quality control in manufacturing processes, e.g. checking for signs of contamination
        • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
        • Experience in Snack, Dairy industries
        • Any food safety certification is preferable.
