    Sr Safety Engineer 
    Qualification: BE/B.Tech
    Experience: Should have 5 to 10 years experience in relevant field

    Safety Engineer
     
    Job Responsibilities
    To advise all project personnel and subcontractors regarding safe working practices and to develop safety consciousness
    To ensure that every employee is informed and trained to perform their job in a productive and safe way in accordance with KN policies & procedures
    To ensure that authorized programs of accident prevention and emergency evacuation are in place.
    To maintain a safe and productive working environment by conducting appropriate safety, corrective action, job hazard, and environmental inspections on a regular basis
    To ensure that accident investigations are conducted, when appropriate, in accordance with Company policies & procedures, under the direction of the Safety Department.
    To continuously provide specialist advice & education on safety matters to all project personnel.
    To promote a positive HSE attitude amongst project employees using an authorized scheme of incentives and deterrents
    Qualification and years of experience:
    Bachelors Degree in Engineering
    4 to 6 years related work experience and 3 years in an Safety Engineer (Civil Construction/Infrastructure & Oil & Gas) role.

    Sr Quality Engineer 
    Qualification: BE/B.Tech
    Experience: Should have 8 to 12 years experience in relevant field
      Contract Admin/ Engineer
      Job Responsibilities:
      To ensure that the administration of contracts by projects is carried out in accordance with the company policies and procedures
      To monitor the performance of awarded subcontracts, checking and agreeing the accuracy of monthly payment applications during the life of the subcontract and at completion of the work.
      To formulate change orders to existing subcontracts for change in scope and / or pricing.
      To assist in the review and settlement of any claims as may be raised by subcontractors.
      To assist in the preparation of change orders to the prime contract between company and client
      Qualification and years of experience:
      Bachelors Degree in an appropriate discipline
      Strong working knowledge of administering FIDIC or ICE and other similar contract formulation standards
      Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in quantity survey functions for contracting industry operations

      Site Eng. Civil 
      Job Responsibilities
      To plan and schedule the work and efficiently organise the site / facilities in order to meet an agreed programme of deadlines
      To attend regular meetings with clients, architects and consultants and keeping them informed of progress.
      To supervise and monitor the site labour force through General Foreman and or Supervisors, monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per customer's satisfaction.
      To oversee quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensure that regulations are adhered to.
      To resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
      To oversee the selection and requisition of materials for use in the construction / maintenance, to check whether the materials are as specified
      To supervise and ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advise on technology and modifications required for a simpler and cost saving mechanism.
      To prepare necessary paperwork for the completion of work and get it authorised by the client after their inspection
      To develop a relationship with the Project Engineer and prepare periodical reports on the progress of work
      Qualification and years of experience:
      Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
      4 to 8 years related work experience.

      Quality Engineer 
      Job Responsibilities
      To perform internal quality audits in operations/ departments/ projects as per the internal quality audit schedule
      To assist the Lead auditor in preparing audit reports and non-conformance reports.
      To ensure the scope of audit covers all relevant procedures by preparing internal quality audit notification.
      To act as Quality Assurance help desk to assist departments/ projects in interpreting and implementing the procedures
      Qualification and years of experience:
      A Bachelors Degree in Engineering
      1 to 4 years of Work experience in Quality Auditing, systems and Processes
      Planning Engineer 
      Job Responsibilities
      Prepares program schedule as requires by contract & CGC & Load resources and costs to the program
      Prepares schedule update during the project & Identify critical activities and interfaces.
      Ability to revise program according to anticipated completion dates for the activities of the projects
      Progress and performance reporting as CGC Technical Report form
      Coordination, standardization and optimization of all planning interfaces between all areas of the project
      Attend meetings with the consultant and client to follow up the project progress.
      Providing advice and support on the development of specific systems
      Any other duties as assigned
      Qualification and years of experience:
      Bachelor Degree in engineering preferably Civil, or similar technical qualification
      Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning

      Sr Planning Engineer 
      Qualification: BE/B.Tech
      Experience: Should have 5 to 10 years experience in relevant field

      Costing Engineer 
      Job Responsibilities
      Control and review all executed subcontract agreements, material purchase orders and all subcontracting and material documentation for projects as Company correct cost codes.
      Develop and prepare monthly cost reports including cost to complete for labor, equipment and materials.
      Monitor all items causing under and over runs on unit cost projects and track the impact on the projects projected earnings.
      Analyze variances between actual labor cost and production against budgets on a weekly basis using trend analysis.
      To identify areas of budget concern and potential impact on project financial performance
      To assist with implementation and operation of ERP when applied to a project operation and monitors work productivity against established norms
      To apply Company policies and procedures and Country labor law as related to manpower daily and overtime rates for forecast and future planning reports.
      Any other duties as assigned
      Qualification and years of experience:
      Bachelor Degree in Engineering preferably Civil, or similar technical qualification
      Minimum 5 years of experience in project control
