HSE Manager

Qualification: BE/B.Tech

Experience: Graduate Engineer with 15-20 years experience, out of which 5 years must be from Oil & Gas Construction Company.

Accountabilities:
Develop, approve and issue the HSE management system Manuals and Management System Procedures with the authorization of the CEO.
Authorize and issue the HSE procedures, plan and other Company Procedures.
In association with the Department Heads, ensure compliance with the Company's HSE management System requirements.
Ensure provision of HSE management System documentation to all departments at all stages of project realization.
Monitor effectiveness of the HSE management system through audits and non­conformance analysis reports.
Approve Internal / External Audit Schedules and nominate auditors.
Responsible for the conduct of audits and issue of audit reports.
Identity the need and organize Company-wide HSE Management System related training.
Mobilize resources for the HSE department including demobilization of manpower, as per delegation of powers well within the budget and on-time.
Discharge duties of Functional Discipline Head for HSE Management System and provide guidance and assistance to the HSE personnel for retaining / developing /facilitating their skills.
Oversee from Corporate Office that all Project Specification / HSE System / Plan have been implemented at site.
Investigation of accidents / incidents and propose corrective measures / solutions to the Management.
Prepare and present Company’s HSE Management System to client and ensure the KPIs.

Estimation Engineer

Qualification: B.Tech / BE / B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 7-10 years experience in Oil & Gas-EPC/Construction Industry with minimum 3 years exposure at site.

Responsibilities:The duties and responsibilities shall include preparation of Techno-Commercial Bids, Price estimation of all Mechanical activities covering Structural/Piping/Pipeline/Equipment etc.  The candidate shall also review the drawings/Scope of work and formulate the quantum of work/Identify the resources requirements in line with construction/fabrication productivity/ identify the detailed material requirement and obtain competitive prices etc.
The candidate shall provide the inputs and direct the planning group to prepare the preliminary project schedule etc. and shall coordinate with other disciplines for preparation of Technical Bids

Planning & Coordination Engineer

Qualification: BE/B.Tech

Experience:Graduate Engineer in Mechanical discipline with minimum 12  years experience in EPC jobs. Should have sound exposure in preparing multi discipline (CME&I) EPC schedule value above US$50Million for Oil & Gas upstream facilities involving Pipeline/ Flow line /Well heads and Manifolds/ station works.
 Hands-on Experience on Primavera-P7, knowledge of Financial Management with good understanding of Budget and Costing and cost control activities.
 Preparing detailed planning package covering L3/L4 schedule, Histogram, EPC Curves, Progress Measurement system, Critical Path Analysis and Recovery Plan etc
 Oversee resource planning control, effective coordination and support for multiple projects.
Monitoring schedule progress and reporting to DGM.
