Facility Coordinator / Transport Coordinator
    Major Responsibilities:
    Responsible for Daily Operation of Transportation and Accommodation section.
    Issuing vehicles to JAL employees and maintain / update the records.
    Resolve all transport related queries / Issues as and when required in coordination of different departments and sections.
    Schedule of drivers for vacation, according to the arrivals and departure of new and existing employees.
    Receive Monthly vendors invoices related to fuel and rented vehicles, submit to finance for payments; cost allocate to respective department.
    Handling petty cash for Facility sections. 
    Create Master data for New Vehicle and regular update as per the transactions. 
    Responsible for Periodic Inspection of Company owned vehicles.
    Collect invoices for Telephone, Electricity, Pest Control, Water, Support LineEtc. and submit finance for payment.
    Maintain Employee log in and Log out of Camp employees in system.
    Prepare job schedules for technician and facility staff up on the request from different departments.
    Monitor the contracts Expiry of rental camps / accommodation, and inform to authorities in advance for renewal.
    Resolve all Accommodation related Issues in coordination with camp boss and safety department.
    Actively participates in negotiations of rates and claims with vendors, contractors, and/or outsource agencies.
    Perform other duties as per assignments by supervisor.

    Other Responsibilities :
    Enter the timesheet and obtain prior overtime approval for facility staff from Higher Management.
    Prepare the various reports related to facility management section. 

    Required Competencies :
    Flexible and responsive, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    Required Work Experience:
    A minimum of 05 years of progressive experience in transportation and Accommodation Operations. Must have Experience in SAP
      Marketing & Business Development Engineer
          Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical/Instrumentation with min 7 years experience in business related to Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Mining and Utility industries. Candidate must SMART developer business leads and convert into opportunities. Candidate must possess excellent market knowledge on Instrumentation and Analytical Business, Power Plant and Substation Business and Plant Maintenance and Shutdown Business. Work experience in Saudi Arabia / GCC preferred. Change only max 3 companies in last 10 years .Four Wheeler license is a must. Candidate must possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

              Business Planner
                  Bachelor Degree / MBA with specialization in Marketing or HR with min 8 years experience in Business related to international recruitment or Mega recruitment companies .The responsibility include but not limited to Business Analysis, Manpower and Financial Planning, Formulate Short and Long Term Plans. Candidate must possess excellent skills in developing Sales and Marketing plans for potential customers for Manpower Services business mainly related to Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Mining and Utility Mining and Utility industries. The candidates will be responsible for annual plan, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports that compare actual business objectives.. Work experience in Saudi Arabia / GCC preferred. Candidate must possess excellent communication and Leadership skills. Proficiency with database.
                  Contract Administrator
                      Position Description: 
                      The Contract representative provides contracts Administration, Initiates guidelines, coordinates activities and provides technical expertise to assure the proper and timely development and/or maintenance and administration of contracts. Maintains conformity to the accepted corporate contracting policies and procedures, and ensures that all indirect contractual requirements are considered in cost estimates while submitting proposals for bidding in a timely and cost-effective manner. Provides direction to relate contract actions, such as contract initiation processes, technical evaluation criteria, contractor evaluation, contract extensions, contract renewals and termination. The candidate will not have primary approval authority, but will recommend approval based on technical requirements and contract administration experience.

                      Duties And Responsibilities: 
                      1. Performs all functions common to the Work Director level as established by management.
                      2. Provides complex technical advice for preparing estimates incorporating all the indirect contractual requirements that needs cost consideration while bidding for large value long term contracts.
                      3. Directs and participates in the development of estimation proposal and financial studies that establish feasibility for contract services and evaluation for alternatives that may be technical, financial and/or procedural/administrative.
                      4. Coordinates and/or participates in Job-ex meetings and obtain all clarifications for preparing the competitive bid for long-term contracts.
                      5. Coordinates and/or participates in the development of a professional level of analyses of company risk or exposure.
                      6. Coordinates and/or participates in the development of a professional level of analysis and technical qualification of bidders.
                      7. Coordinates and/or participates in the development of scopes of work for various contract services.
                      8. Develops professional-level presentations to executive management, and makes presentations or participates in the presentations to the Services Review Committee.
                      9. Participates as the contract proponent representative or delegates participation on the bid review team charged with development of a realistic company position on contract terms and the negotiation of these terms.
                      10. Participates as the contract representative in a professional analysis of the bid response and negotiation offers, and in the preparation of counter offers.
                      11. Negotiates with contractors as part of a negotiating team comprised of Contracting and contract proponent representatives. Coordinates or participates in the preparation of responses to contractor claims and represents the proponent on claim review panels.
                      12. Coordinates or participates in the verification of contractor costs and the preparation of cost escalation or DE-escalation amendments.
                      13. Recommends changes to contracting procedures or contracts.

                      Minimum Requirements: 
                      1) A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business discipline. An MBA is desirable.
                      2) 8 years of experience in the service related industry with preferred experience Manpower Supply Contracts. A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible work or contact with auditing, accounting, and contracting techniques and procedures is desirable; 
                      3) A high level of fluency in oral and written English is essential.
                      4) The ability to motivate subordinate professional people, and to communicate both orally and in writing with professional-level people in other fields and senior and executive management; both within and outside the company
                      5) Prior GCC experience is desirable.
                      Estimator
                          Bachelor Degree in Finance/Cost Accounting / HR / Engineering with minimum 8 years experience in cost estimation of manpower recruitment/outsourcing organization. Must be familiar with various components of Manpower costing, which include but not limited to costing related to Recruitment, Mobilization, Overhead and other related expenses. Work experience with international recruitment firm or Mega recruitment companies will be an add advantage. Candidate must have excellent skills in Excel and familiar with Financial and HR Terms. Middle east experience will be an added advantage.
