The rigging Supervisor is the designated responsible person in overall charge of lifting equipment & operations on the FPSO under ECP scope of work
Preparing lifting plan
Preparing the permit to work & getting it approved by Site Lifting Specialist
Organize day to day work offshore in conjunction with ECP construction work leader.
Compiling and maintaining a Rigging Loft register and make sure that equipment is in good conditions.

Foreman Rigging
The Rigger Foreman will be responsible for the safe execution of operational requirements as directed by the deck foreman; control of all rigging activities; issuing work instructions to riggers (i.e. project specification/application specification);
Control of cargo hold pipe handling; ensuring that all rigging is performed in a safe manner; and monitoring the condition of all rope, hawsers, chains, straps etc during use for signs of wear.
