Technical Lead for USA

The onsite coordinator is a technical expert in Oracle EBS who can play a player/coach role.
Individual must be able to manage a small remote team as well as complete some of the technical work onsite.
Oracle EBS R12 (8-12 years)
Strong technical knowledge in RICE components design, development as well as the EBS database schema
Experience leading/managing remote teams
Design and propose high level technical solutions
Proactively and timely seek out management attention and help to resolve complex issues
Utilize cross functional knowledge to prioritize and resolve day to day small conflicts among various projects
Directly perform various tasks (including development, testing, documentation, training and deployment, etc.) throughout the full project life cycle
Strong PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher, Oracle Forms, OAF, WebMethods

STRONG communication skills - critical 
to managing business user conversations / expectations.
Should be good Team Leader.
