Position : Avionics Engineer
Job Location : Donauwrth and Hamburg
Experience: 3 - 8 years
Qualification : BE / B Tech in Mechanical or Aircraft Engineering
Languages: English, German, French preferable
Technical skills required:
NH90 VFDR Voice Segregation NAHEMA: Existing DAU and RBA equipment will be modified to allow extended voice recording.
Scope of work is:
- Managing development done by manufacturer
- Plan and perform testing (ground and flight test)
- Plan and perform qualification and certification of the complete system with INTA
EC135 HELIONIX FDRS: EC135 P3H/T3H configurations will be equipped with HELIONIX FDRS System in observance to ED112
Scope of work is:
- Development and certification of the FDRS system on the EC135
- Review and continue of partially written documentation
- Manage the investigation with the Ground and Flight Test
SENSORS
- Equipment replacement due to parts obsolescence or too many Quality Notes:
- Replacement for Pressure Switch of IBF System on BK117C2
- LVDT on H145T2 (Fadec Communication )
- Scope of work is:
- Review on certification documentation of replaced equipment to check reusability
- Definition of new Sensor
- Engage internal modification process
HELIONIX Platform development
- In the frame of HELIONIX STEP2/3 developments and associated investigations with the integration
- teams and FAL (Final assembly line) teams, the scope of work covers the following activities:
- Prepare 80 AEME to enable the flights on BK117 and/or EC135 with the Helionix equipment
- Investigate on 20 QN (quality notes)
- Manage the evolution process of the PTF, on a basis of 20 CR (change Request) per year.
- Manage the evolution process of the PTF, on a basis of 20 RFR (Request for Reuse) per year.
- Manage the investigation for Major Incident Technical Board, on a basis of 5 MITB pear year (5 TSR to deliver).
Domain Knowledge:
- System Know How about Flight/Voice Data Recorder and Avionics in general.
- Testing, test benches
- EDV: DOORS (experienced), MS Office
Valid German Visa is preferred
