- Achieving monthly sales object.
- Managing and monitoring the operations of distributors.
- Developing distribution channel and monitoring of primary and secondary target and pursuing for the growth of sales.
- Launching of new product of company in the territory as per company Norms.
- Handling sales & marketing operations with a view to achieve business.
- Managing the dealers and channel sales operations for achieving the sales target
- Establishing healthy business relations with dealers for securing repeat business & long term loyalty and work towards solving their queries and complaints efficiently and appointing new Direct Dealers, Distributors and Sub Dealers.
- Building & maintaining relationship with new channels/clients and ensuring year to year business growth.
- Planning & forecasting the market requirements and administering the sales operations for achieving both top-line growth and bottom line profitability.
- Developing sales strategies for achieving targets through aggressive sales promotion schemes, advertising and dealer incentives, etc. to maintain market leadership over competitors.
- Minimum 2 years of Sales/ Marketing / BD experience preferably from FMCG /Pharmaceutical
- An analytical mind with the ability to think clearly and logically.
- Ability to work in team and individually with task accuracy and attention to details.
- Building new business partners to expand product reach in the market and coordinating with channel partners/dealers to assist them in promoting the product.
- Ensuring business development and distribution network developments of all the branches is under the region.
- Candidate should be open to relocate to Shanghai.
- Candidate must have valid passport in hand.
