Executive Secretary/ Personal Assistant to His Excellency in Oman

    AWAM LLC is looking for a Smart, confident sophisticated & technosavvy Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant for our chairman Office and to be based in Oman.

    Job Profile:
    Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.

    Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
    Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.

    Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
    Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;

    The candidate will oversee a variety of complex and confidential situations, resolve conflicts - so maturity and professional discretion is expected at all times.

    Must be able to support in special projects which include research, compiling data and preparation of reports.

    Develop exclusive world class presentations or other types of correspondence in compliance with the requests and needs of operation.

    Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager

    Taking dictation and minutes of meeting
    Carrying out background research and presenting findings;

    Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.

    Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings

    Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.

    Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by His Excellency.
      The successful candidate will be an expert PA/EA with Management experience.

      Highly motivated with exceptional interpersonal skills. Must be organized with strong attention to detail, and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

      The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of demonstrated experience.

      She/he should be able to take ownership and work with minimal guidance.

      Must have strong organizational and secretarial skills, with the ability to write and verbally communicate with influential members of community and their business partners.
