Annual Salary : GBP 30,000 - 35,000

Job Description :

Mandatory Skills : 
• 5 Years over all IT software development / Test / SIT / UAT / QA experience
• 3 Years experience in ETL Testing
• Should have Financial Services/ Telecom / Energy / Utilities (Oil & Gas or Water or Power) Industry verticals
• Should be very strong in writing Microsoft SQL Server - Stored Procedures & Oracle PL/SQL Procedures and packages
• Strong experience in ETL DATA Testing/ Data Analysis in any Business Intelligent development projects / Migration projects.
• Ability to understand Business Requirement documents/ ETL Specifications and able to produce test cases and test scripts using SQL.
• Solid Data warehouse testing experience in writing and executing Complex SQL Queries using Microsoft - SQL SERVER & Oracle SQL & PL/SQL.
• Should be very strong in DATA Testing using SQL & JOINS.
• Should have good understanding / Work experience in Datawarehousing Tools like MS-SSIS (ideally) or Informatica / IBM -
• Datastage - transformations and their workflows.
• Experience in Data Analysis, Data Validation, Data Cleansing,
• Data Verification and Data Validation techniques.
• Experience in writing Test Plans and Test Strategies for Data Warehousing Applications.
• Expertise in Test Case Design, Test Execution and Defect Management tools IBM clear quest / JIRA / Rational DDTS / HP Quality Centre
• Experience in ETL tools (Informatica, MS-SSIS/IBM-Datastage) transformations and loading processing, in ETL - BI Solution.
• Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Should have good English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft - Team Foundation Server (TFS)
• Experience with any Test Management tools like Microsoft - Test Manager (MTM) / HP-Mercury Quality Centre/ IBM Rational Quality Manager
• Ability to interact with business users (client facing)
• Work Experience in OIL&GAS / Power Utilities projects is major plus

Nice to have skills :

• Working knowledge of any ERP solution (SAP/Oracle Apps/Microsoft Dynamics AX)
• Advanced Excel Skills for DATA TESTING (writing MS-Excel Formulae / VBA Macros )
• Working knowledge / Experience in any Reports Testing using MS-SSRS/IBM, COGNOS /Qlickview/Tableu is plus
• Any Database tools experience like DBFIT, TOAD
• Good UNIX skills ( IBM AIX/Linux/Sun Solaris/HP Unix)
• Knowledge of payment systems/messaging systems like ISO8583/payment Gateways/SWIFT messages is major advantage
• Any Automation experience is plus, but not mandatory
• Any onsite experience is plus but not mandatory
