- Responsible for Installation, demonstration, application support, commissioning & servicing of the equipment.
- Continuous up gradation of technical skills, knowledge on products.
- Service the machines at regular intervals.
- Regular touch with customer to ensure the smooth functioning of the equipment.
- Responsible for service revenue targets in terms of AMCS, spares.
- Support to sales team for technical discussion at Major Customers.
- Provide customer satisfaction at all times.
- Should have relevant experience in installation & maintenance of Philips Healthcare products.
- Must have certification on Philips healthcare products.
- Leadership qualities to manage and lead the lead
- Must have valid passport and ready to relocate at Tanzania
- 4+ years experience
