Educational Qualification- BE/B-Tech
Minimum Requirements
* Has experience in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries and is recognized as specialist in piping, equipment, coating and steel structure construction field on large to mega projects. Reviews engineering studies, design drawings and documents, and material equipment specifications. Resolves mechanical construction issues by applying accepted principles, codes, and standards.
* Must have thorough knowledge of construction practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details, international codes and standards, procedures, and specifications. Has extensive construction experience in using codes as required, such as ASME Sec I, V, VIII and IX, ANSI B31.3/4/8, NACE, and API 620/650 and AWS D1.1
* Plans, coordinates, and directs the piping and equipment construction work and construction subcontractor to meet all mechanical construction milestone dates. reviews and approve the construction plan to ensure the efficiency, quality, safety, and performance of construction to meet project objectives.
2) Cost Engineer
Experience- 10 yrs +
Educational Qualification- BE/B-Tech
Minimum Requirements-
* Provides staff assistance for preparation of cost portion of engineering, procurement and construction contracts.
* Collects and assists in monitoring, analyzing and reporting all cost information, through upper level cost engineers, to Project Manager.
* Reviews and analyzes all claims and change order on project contracts.
* Assists upper level cost engineers and project management in the negotiation of project contract as required.
* Utilizes available computer cost engineering programs as well as methods and procedures outlined in the cost engineering manuals.
3) Estimation Engineer
Experience- 10 yrs +
Educational Qualification- BE/B-Tech
Duties and Responsibilities
BS degree in Engineering; Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or BS in Construction Management, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or closely related major.
11-15 years of estimating experience in mega projects including a minimum of ten (10) years in design, construction or operation of oil and gas, refining or petrochemical facilities
Minimum Requirements-
* Provide estimating and cost engineering support required in the planning and execution of major capital projects in hydrocarbon facilities.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for various types of projects, at all scales
Review cost estimates for post funding (Change Orders, Project Change Request. etc) and provide recommendations which should also ensure incorporating lessons learned in new projects.
Prepare multi-discipline conceptual, detailed and definitive cost estimates for Saudi Aramco Capital Projects and will review estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with the scope of work.
Provide companywide consultancy to field departments' estimators on estimating matters and benchmarks project estimates against historical data and internal/external indices
4) Planning & Scheduling Engineer
Experience- 10 yrs +
Educational Qualification- BE/B-Tech
Minimum Requirements-
* Required PMT experienced Scheduling Engineer. To support the project team on developing the project plan, manage the interfaces between the packages, help the contractor developing the required planning and reporting deliverables, evaluate the contractor schedule and controls the progress reports
* Review, evaluate & comment on the all contractor deliverables, present the area of risk to the project team.
* Develop Project WBSs using the latest project planning and scheduling tools, eg Primavera P6, SAP
5) Material Specialist-
Experience- 10 yrs + Minimum Requirements
* Experience in Procurement, site materials control, or materials scheduling and forecasting. Good command of oral and written English. Working knowledge of the Materials System including allocation and issuing procedures, teleprocessing equipment usage and materials accountability. Ability to set-up a materials accountability system for a small to medium scale project
* Identification and allocation of AMS materials, requisition preparation and surplus/excess reservation and issue procedures.
* Obtains on line inventory information through the materials Teleprocessing System to support immediate and on-going project activities.
* Reviews and processes requests for materials system reports on AMS or direct charge surplus. Ensures the receipt and timely distribution of reports to the appropriate project personnel
6) Technical Clerk
* Eight (8) years of experience with the engineering system in order to gain a good knowledge of pertinent statistical, technical and
administrative functions.
A good knowledge of oral and written English in order to prepare grammatically correct reports, summaries, and correspondence.
A good knowledge of policies, procedures, operational activity, and reporting methods applicable in the Division or Department. A good
knowledge of the methods to present statistics by the use of charts and graphs.
Following benefits would also be provided apart from monthly cash salary:
* 30 days paid leave per year including 2 days travel time with air tickets per year.

* End of Service Award (Half Salary/Year up to 5 Years. Full Salary/Year after 5 Years)
