Production/ Factory Manager

Responsible for control of production activities and material flow in the fabrication shops to achieve quality targets and delivery schedules.

BE Mechanical with min 20 yrs exp in heavy fabrication pressure vessel, reactors, heat exchanger & capacity to handle ~ 600 & plus personal). 
Production Superintendents
Will report to Production/ Factory Manager Personal having experience in L&T, GODREJ, BHEL, ISGEC or similar heavy industries in India or Gulf shall be preferred.
BE Mechanical with min 15 yrs exp in heavy fabrication pressure vessel, reactors, heat exchanger
Project Manager/ Superintendent
The candidates must be B.E/B.Tech Mechanical with more than 10 years relevant experience in project management in heavy fabrication industry and preferably dealt with multinational EPSs and large end user clients in oil and gas sector.
10+ years experience
Design Manager/ Superintendent
BE/ M. TECH Mechanical with min 20 years experience in pressure vessel, reactor, tower, heat exchanger, tank, piping design & detail engineering
Procurement Manager/ Superintendent
The candidates must have Degree in engineering or equivalent with adequate traning in materials management (MBA/Diploma Preferred)
Having 15 years relevant exp. in procurement of materials & consumables for pressure vessels industry with wide exposure to global sourcing. 
Procurement Engineers
The candidates must have Degree in engineering or equivalent with adequate traning in materials management (MBA/Diploma Preferred)
Having more than 5 years relevant experience in procurement of materials & consumables for pressure vessels industry with wide exposure to global sourcing.
Design Engineers
The candidates must be Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalant with more than 5 years working relevant experience in design Pressure vessel, Heat Exchanger, column, reactors, towers, spheres.
Must have knowledge of thermal/Mechanical design of equipments.
Material Engineer
The candidates must have relevant international construction and responsible for preparing MTO and MR and necessary technical delivery conditions as per design requireemtns and must have knowledge of MTO for RFQ
BE Mechanical with min 10 years exp in determining technical delivery condition of pressure vessel material like plates, forging, flanges etc
Estimation Engineers
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engg or equivalent with more than 10 yrs relevant exp. in costing, estimation & Contracting in fabrication industry & preferably dealth with various softwares used for costing & estimation relevant to pressure vessel
Project Engineers
The Candidates must be Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience in project in fabrication industry and preferable dealt with multinational EPCs and Large end user clients in oil and gas sector.
QA Engineers
The Candidates must be Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience as quality assurance in fabrication industry and preferable dealt with multinational EPCs and Large end user clients in oil and gas sector.
QC Engineers
The Candidates must be Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience as quality control in fabrication industry and preferable dealt with multinational EPCs and Large end user clients in oil and gas sector.
Welding Engineers / Technologist
Welding Engineers / Technologist (for shop & QA/QC dept )
Responsible for visual inspection and process monitoring of welding activities.
The candidates must be Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical)/Equivalent and certified welding inspector (CWI) will be preferred with 5 years relevant experience in Heavy fabrication industry.
5+ years experience
Safety Engineer
The Candidates must be Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with Diploma in Industrial Safety and having more than 5 years working experience as safety engineer. OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH will be required.
Material Inspector
The candidates must be Diploma or Equivalent with 10 years relevant experience in heavy fabrication industry. Responsible for inspection and release of all incoming raw materials.
QC Inspector
The candidates must be Diploma/Degree in Mechanical with 8 years relevant experience as quality control inspection in heavy fabrication industry.
Production Planners
Responsible for detailed planning of shop activities, monitoring job progress in factory & coordination with other departments to facilitate timely completion of project in shop. Primavera is compulsory.
The candidates Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent with minimum 5 years working experience in planning activities in equipment fabrication shop (Preferably pressure vessel manufacturer).
Production Analyst
Responsible for analysis of scope of work in fabrication activities & preparation of work cycles for job activities.
The candidates Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent with minimum 5 years working experience in planning activities in equipment fabrication shop (Preferably pressure vessel manufacturer).
Production Supervisors
The candidates Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent with minimum 5 years working experience as production supervisors in equipment fabrication shop (Preferably pressure vessel manufacturer).
Material Inspection Supervisor
Responsible for inspection of incoming materials during receipt for compliance to purchase order and /or customer requirement. 
The candidates must be Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent with more than 5 years working experience in Heavy Fabrication industry.
Contract Administrator/ Cost Controller
Responsible for detail project cost monitoring , coordination and control activities to facilitate achievement of project cost objectives. Primavera Software is compulsory
The candidates must be Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with 10 years relevant experience in project planning & control fabrication industry and preferably dealth with multinational EPCs and large end user clients in oil and gas sector.
Chief Financial Controller/ Superintendent
Manage all accounting operations including Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition. Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
The candidates must be Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant ( CA / ICWA) with 5-10 years of overall combined accounting and finance exp.
Mechanical Lab Technician
The candidates must be Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent with more than 5 years working experience as Mechanical Lab Technician in heavy fabrication shop.
Advanced NDT Technician
Must have knowledge of Codes, NDT & other inspection procedures. Responsible for all Non Destructive Testing / Examination in accordance with established procedures/ client requirements and issues relevant certification.
The candidates must be Diploma in Engineering or equivelent with 10 years relevant experience in Heavy Fabrication Industry. 
NDT Technician
Must have knowledge of Codes, NDT & other inspection procedures. Responsible for all Non Destructive Testing / Examination in accordance with established procedures/ client requirements and issues relevant certification.
The candidates must be Diploma in Engineering or equivelent with 5 years relevant experience in Heavy Fabrication Industry.
