Diagnosing Desktop / Laptop / Printer / switch / LAN Problem & rectify. Should be able to manage patch update, images install, update & configuration antivirus First Level support on OS, mail & application software.

Job Description
 Installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure.
 Ability to troubleshoot issues with these components and determine conflicts between hardware components and applications.
 Analyzing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password.
 Managing email, anti-spam and virus protection.
 Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
 Ensuring the most cost-effective and efficient use of servers.
 Suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and management problems.
 Ensuring that all IT equipment complies with industry standards.
 Providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence.

 Planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work.
 Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards
 Undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security, particularly if the network connects to the internet.
 Extensive experience with networking technologies (data links, routers, switches, firewalls and WAN acceleration devices)
 Highly advanced understanding of WAN/LAN internetworking, including design elements, protocol interoperability, network architecture development and requirements for testing / proof of concept, LAN Switching – VLAN, spanningtree, LACP.
 Proven VPN Knowledge, setup and troubleshooting (SSL, Site to Site and remote access).
 Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
 Experience in multiple security areas such as intrusion detection/prevention, threat and vulnerability assessment, firewall policy implementation, and computer security incident response.
 Extensive hand-on experience with designing and implementing wireless connectivity solutions and access points.

 Extensive hands-on experience with designing, implementing, and configuring Avaya/Cisco or any VoIP network environments.
 Provide strategic technical direction, roadmap design, installation, and configuration of all IP-based PBX telephone systems/services.
 Provide day-to-day support, proactive maintenance, and perform independent complex system troubleshooting.
 Advanced knowledge of: MS Office; IE, MS Outlook and Active Directory; Microsoft Windows XP/7/8 and Server OS operating systems; Network administration & Connectivity, VPN.
 Strong knowledge and troubleshooting experience on VPN (Both IPSEC and SSL) - In-depth understanding of OSI Layers.
 Networking simulation of environments related to latency, jitter and bandwidth issues
 CCTV experience, NVR, DVR and Camera settings.
 Knowledge of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), for configuration of RFID Cabinet locks.

Skills and qualifications
 Graduate level of education with IT Specialization.
 Any certification like CCNA or A+ or MCSE.
 At least 2+ years of professional experience in the Computer and Networking fields
 Good verbal and written English communications.
